Asianet Idea Star Singer: Bashing Reality

Asianet-Idea-Star-SingerFor Malayalis across the world, there is one show that gripped their attention like never before, cutting across age, gender and geographical barriers. Whether the audiences trashed it or turned gaga over it, ‘Asianet Idea Star Singer’ continues to spin real-life drama.

Asianet Idea Star Singer:
How is it Different?

What I have learned from the show is that one needs to believe that from everything you come across in life, learn the best from it and move on. You can see negativity in everything, which is fine, if you believe your growth lies in that direction.

Unlike many reality shows, there are no insults or accusations hurled at each other in this show. In everything they do, they teach themselves to share, love and compete with passion although reaching the right ‘numbers’ is as critical to their success in the show as it is to us in various realms of life and work.

Asianet Idea Star Singer: Reality Bashing Show

The young and dynamic contestants of the show are regular students from diverse family backgrounds but they all came together on this show because of their eagerness to learn music. Their sense of unity and commitment adds so much value to the show because they help each other through mentoring and singing, though they are all competing against one another. They pray, cry and work very hard to make each other win too. In a way, this show is a ‘reality-bashing’.
