@Lila: Thanks, I am overwhelmed by your feedback. Hats off to you because I feel you have thought so deeply about it. You are right – a kind word, a loving glance and a heart full of compassion – is the most difficult thing to practice. I know you are practicing it at different levels and doing so much more to grow every one around you, so don’t even worry about it. You are there, and that’s what counts for us.

“A kind word, a loving glance and a heart full of compassion, is that so hard to practice?” – Apparently, that is the most difficult thing to practice… maybe because it needs one to be simple and we are so busy making our lives more complex.

I loved the part about “practicing love” – I hadn’t thought about it that way… Added a new dimension to my thoughts… maybe that’s the answer I had been looking for to become a more sensitive person (remember my feedback session?).
