Miracles are said to be sudden amazing occurrences by the providence of Divine Power that make us feel good and happy. We have, indeed, heard of miracles performed by ordinary people as well, apart from miracles of God. I believe that when people start expecting a miracle, they condition their perceptions to replace negativity with more positive thoughts, making miracles happen.
Miraculous Stories: Miracles of God
In difficult times, expecting miracles is one way of being hopeful. A man, trapped beneath the rubble due to an earthquake, survives 15 days without food and water. This is called a miracle of God. However, we just do not consider many events as miracles because they are not amazing enough nor have a huge impact.
Small Miracles
Often we tend to perceive a miraculous event as a coincident. A person may be driven by a thought to not take a particular route to his destination. And then, we hear of a fatal accident on that way. While such small miracles may be dismissed as intuitive voices, it is the very faith in such thoughts that makes miracles possible.
